1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the live, volatile nature of cryptographic digital serial keys, all sales of digital products (Game Keys, Gift Cards, Subscriptions) are generally considered final. Once a key has been displayed to you or sent to your account dashboard, it cannot be returned to our stock.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement under the following conditions:
- The code provided is structurally proven defective or already used prior to purchase, confirmed by our database diagnostics.
- You pre-ordered a game and wish to cancel the order before the official release date and delivery of the key.
- A payment error occurred resulting in a duplicate charge for a single order.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue a refund in the following situations:
- You purchased a game key for the wrong region (e.g., purchasing a USA key while residing in the EU).
- Your PC does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game.
- You simply did not like the game after activating the code.
- You purchased the game on the wrong platform (e.g., buying an Xbox key instead of a Steam key).
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact our support team immediately within 7 days of your purchase. You must provide your Order ID and detailed evidence of the issue.
- We may require screenshots of the activation error and proof of contact with the game publishers support in some specific cases.
- Refund processing times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your payment method.
